Small Business Saturday: Hiker's Brew Coffee
I'm starting a new feature here on my little corner of the internet that focuses on small businesses that I love.
This week, I'm sharing Hiker's Brew Coffee with you all. They are a small coffee company out of Eau Claire, WI that sells amazing coffee - both flavored and unflavored. Coffee is offered in both large 1 lb bags that can be ordered ground or whole bean as well as in small sampler packs that are perfect for trying out a bunch of flavors or taking with you on any adventure you have coming up. The packaging is compostable and eco-friendly, which I think is awesome especially in this day and age where all of us are (I hope) attempting to be more ecologically conscious with our purchasing choices. They also plant trees with the purchase of certain products.
My favorite - Dark Roast, as dark as my soul ;)
I currently have a subscription for 1 lb of the ground Dark Roast that gets delivered every week to my house along with a cute little handwritten note. In the fall, they included a sampler of their pumpkin pecan coffee, which was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with a slice of pumpkin pie. I love that little attention to detail. Recently, I received an email thanking me for being a consistently returning customer and they let me pick a t-shirt from their website for free. How is that for recognizing loyal customers?
