September Birchbox

Yes, this is going up WAY late (hello, October!). I've become quite disenchanted with Birchbox and I'm giving the Sephora PLAY! subscription a try starting this month, so be on the lookout for a blog post about that once my first box comes.

I've gotten to the point, as a Birchbox subscriber of several years, of having repeat samples in every single box I've gotten. The only products I'm keeping from this box are the Supergoop! lip product and the Vasanti face scrub (which I've received previously and loved) otherwise I'm passing the other products on to a friend's daughter. I always pick the featured box so that I know what I'm getting (and that way I can prevent the inevitable perfume samples that show up).

October will be the first month I'm trying out the Sephora PLAY! subscription so I'll share my thoughts on that in the future.
