Have you ever grabbed water at an aid station and went to take a drink, only to spill it all over yourself? If you're like me and sometimes you're convinced you have a hole in your lip, it happens more often than not.
Solution? The RunSip Lid.
The flexible lid was created to allow runners to hydrate while still moving and can be attached to a cup with one hand. RunSip has a great tutorial on how to use it here.
Because the RunSip Lid is small and lightweight, it is super easy to carry with you during a race.
I carried mine inside a SPI Belt for the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon and it didn't add any bulk.
The lid is also dishwasher safe, perfect for those runners who are super busy and don't have time for high-maintenance gear!
The lids are available from the RunSip website and retail for $12.50 each with free shipping. Currently they only come in blue, but the website teases that there could be limited runs of additional colors!
You can save 25% off your RunSip purchase with code "BibRave"!
