Weekend Recap

With today marks the end of the first weekend of August! I can't even believe that summer will be coming to a close soon and the next semester will be starting.

On Friday I spent some time cleaning and finishing laundry leftover from during the week. I've been trying to keep up with all the housework so that when school starts, I have less to worry about.

In order to make my kitchen more appealing, I decided to burn my Beach Day candle from Bath and Body works. I'm savoring all my summer candle scents.

Saturday evening brought a dinner celebration of my grandparents' birthdays. I've been wearing this necklace with all different outfits and it really does jazz it up!

BodyAttack kicked my ass on Sunday. I was quite literally drenched from head to toe.  While getting up early on a Sunday morning to work out isn't everyone's idea of fun, I enjoy the group of people who do these classes with me and my instructor is amazing. 

B had a family reunion on Sunday afternoon and it isn't an Irish family party without some flip cup, apparently.

Apparently this is how Riley is going to be sleeping from now on. 

He really is an odd animal.

I've started season 4 of Game of Thrones and I have decided that Daenerys is THE original HBIC. I love her character and her storyline, I just wish she was in more than 5 minutes per episode.
