Friday Love List & #backthatazzup

I cannot believe that two weeks from yesterday this semester is going to be over! 13 short days! But I still feel like I have a gazillion and ten things left to do before the semester ends. So much stuff for Student Nurse Association, training for the half marathon I have coming up in June, running a 5K on May 17th, my birthday (!!!!) next week, B's birthday in a few weeks, and starting to do all that outdoor house stuff that needs to be done.

I can't believe that it's already May!

Here's a few things I loved this week.


An avocado a day keeps the doctor away! My favorite thing to add to any meal is avocado in some way, shape, or form. On Monday night I made breakfast for dinner with scrambled eggs, strawberries, cinnamon raison english muffins, and I added slices of avocado to eat with my eggs.


If you've been hanging around this blog for awhile, you know I love me some lululemon. I've been pining after these Gather and Grow crops for easily a year, but my store never has them in my size in stock. I was checking out their "We Made Too Much" section on their website and was excited to see that they had the Gather and Grow crops on clearance marked down to $49 from $78. Woo! I wore them to yoga on Tuesday night and they are SO COMFORTABLE.


This is how he slept for two hours on Wednesday night. Like he was just too exhausted to get all the way out of his bed and just laid right back down. Prozac puppy at his finest.


Trader Joe's had bouquets of hydrangeas for only $5.99 so I grabbed some to spruce up our living room and bring some color in! I'm so glad that spring finally seems to be coming around, just in time for my birthday (next Friday!)

When I'm training for a race, this is one of my favorite songs to listen to at the beginning of a run. Nothing like some Katy Perry to get your heart pumping!
