ORLY's Blush Collection (mani minis)

During 2012/2013, I spent A LOT of money getting gel manicures every two weeks. As a recovering nail biter, I enjoyed seeing my nails look nice and the process of getting a manicure was something I looked forward to every few weeks.

Now that I'm trying to cut down my beauty budget, I decided that gel manicures had to go. Which means that I'm now doing my nails all on my own (and getting pretty decent at it, if I do say so myself). I didn't have much nail polish up until recently (and most of my polishes were some shade of pink). I've been IN LOVE with all the mini sets that Essie and ORLY put out.

I saw these ORLY polishes on Ulta's website a few weeks ago and snatched them up. Mini neutrals and two bright, springy colors? YES!

I don't have any nude-colored nail polishes and I love that Naked Canvas has a slight opalescent sheen to it, making it a little more fun than a plain nude. Dare to Bare is perfect for those days when I want polish but don't want to be flashy - it also has a slight pinky undertone to it. Cheeky is a peachy shimmery color that I have a feeling will be living on my toes all summer long. And I'm currently rocking First Blush on my hands. I've had it on a week and it has held up surprisingly well, since I was at work hand washing/hand-sanitizing and that stuff usually eats through nail polish like nobody's business.

Do you prefer full-size bottles or mini bottles of nail polish?

I like small ones because I never use up a whole one before it goes gloopy.
