I'm the Kind of Girl Who...

• needs to drink several cups of coffee every day in order to function in society like a proper adult. And even then, it doesn't always work.
• has a complete obsession with purses. If you can't handle it, well, I don't know what to tell you
• loves my dog more than I love most people. Even if he does have brain problems and needs Prozac. Crazy puppies need love, too!

• cannot go into Target and spend less than $50. I'm pretty sure that it's physically impossible for anyone to do. Why is Target such a black hole for my monies?!
• spends a lot of time hating on nursing school, but loves providing nursing care to the children and families that I take care of on my unit. I get to be amazed at work every day, and that's pretty spectacular.
• loves running/working out almost as much as I love my dog and husband. I never thought I would be that girl who enjoys going to the gym or finishing a half marathon. But here I am. :)

• still gets all teared up every time I look through my wedding photo scrapbook (Thanks, Mom!) Saying "I do" to my husband was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
• may or may not have a new, mild obsession with hedgehogs. As in, I might just bring one home one day :)
• loves everything involved with traveling (except flying, I'm a nervous flyer) and even though I don't travel a ton, I have packing perfected.
• is obsessed with all things planner and organization related. Example: my Erin Condren Life Planner obsession (easily one of the best purchases I've ever made) and my ridiculous amount of Papermate Flair pens and Le Pens.

• loves crawling into a freshly made bed (bonus points if the sheets just came out of the dryer).
• cannot sleep without a fan on and Netflix playing. B hates both of those things. Sometimes I can't believe he puts up with me.
• would be happy as a clam to be able to read all day, every day. Sadly since I began nursing school, my "to read" list is piling up.
• loves getting mail. I mean, who doesn't love getting mail?!
• is a subscription box junkie. I get Birchbox (and have for the past 2 years) and Julep Maven boxes (although I skip boxes quite often, because sometimes the nail polish colors don't appeal to me). I'm probably going to start Stridebox back up next month and skip Julep boxes until next fall, since I use running stuff more than a gazillion bottles of nail polish.
• loves working on this blog but never talks about it in real life.
