November Birchbox

Another month, another pink box full of happiness and unicorn tears.

Not literally. But how cool would that be to get a little glass vial of unicorn tears in your Birchbox? They need to get on that.

Anyways, here are the goods from my November Birchbox.

In my box:

Chella Ivory Lace Highlighter Pencil

This face illuminator brightens and contours - it can be applied 10 different ways!

Color Club Nail Polish Dark 'n Stormy

From the new Cocktail Hour Collection, this shimmering shade gives nails a gorgeous glint.

Joie Folle de Joie eau de parfum

A Birchbox customer fave, this fresh scent blends mandarin, rose, and sandalwood.

Lierac Paris Huile Sensoreille

A nourishing multipurpose oil for face, body, and hair that leaves behind a subtle scent.

uniqONE Shampoo and Balm

This sulfate-free, 10-benefits-in-one formula leaves locks silky and full of shine.

**Birchbox Extra**

Ghiradelli Chocolate Bar in Mint Chocolate

I normally don't check out what I'm getting in my box on the Birchbox website before I get mine in the mail, but I looked and at first, I wasn't all that thrilled. I'm not a huge fan of perfume samples. I get those all the time at Sephora; in fact, I think that the Sephora sales ladies see me coming and are all "Let's give her perfume samples, we need to clean out our perfume sample bin." I, surprisingly, really like the smell of the Joie perfume. It's light and fresh while still being feminine, but doesn't smell overly sweet.
I've been using the Caudalie Divine Oil to help nourish and moisturize my skin since the Wisconsin Winter has decided to rear its ugly head (can you tell I feel a little bitter about it?) and my skin is having a fit and is dry ALL THE TIME. I suppose the fact that I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer 28424873247203 times a day at work probably doesn't help. The oil also smells AMAZE-BALLS.
I need to try the nail polish and the shampoo before I can give any sort of opinion on them, but I will say I'm glad they sent two packets of the shampoo...I can't really tell if I actually like something by only trying it once.
