Run With Your Heart, Not Your Legs
Well, I ran my 5K last Saturday! The weather was perfect, not too hot, sunny, with a light breeze. Although afterwards I was dripping sweat, it was totally worth the hard work I put forth to train! My total time for the 3.2 miles was 29:08, which I'm told is awesome.
My next challenge is running a half marathon in September. Eek!
