What I'm Loving This Week

I am absolutely in denial that it is September. I feel like March and coronavirus and Safer at Home just happened a month ago but here we are, with the holidays on the horizon. We have a few more camping trips coming up as well as lots of house projects to keep us busy for the home stretch of 2020.

Here's a few things I loved this week.

Reading:

After being recommended this book by no less than 10 of my friends, I decided to add it to my Book of the Month box for September. Set in WW2-era France, The Nightingale tells the story of two estranged sisters who have drastically different war experiences.

I'm a sucker for anything WW2, especially when it involves women being badass.

I recently wrote a blog post about how I'm liking Book of the Month and have a referral link if you are interested in signing up. :)

Enjoying:

One thing that I'm always working on is drinking more water.  And I'm all about displaying my sassiness on my chosen water vessel. I've been using this 1L Tutu Queen water bottle at home (mostly because a 1L water bottle is pretty damn heavy to haul around when I go out, which is a rarity these days) and it is perfect. I prefer to drink from glass water bottles - yes, I'm one of this people who thinks that drinking out of metal makes your water taste metallic. I aim for 1.5-2 of these a day to stay hydrated.

If you want to save $10 off your $50 BKR purchase, here's my referral link :)

Watching:

I recently fell down a YouTube rabbit hole of people who collect and restore vintage Coach handbags. Coach used to be the quintessential leather handbag company and made in the U.S. There's nothing like vintage smooshy leather! Lucy is one of my favorites that I've found so far with an envious vintage Coach collection. I can also appreciate her clothing style since I am also a shorter woman! Check out her blog and Instagram!

Hope you all have a great weekend! Please share what you're currently loving in the comments!
