Being someone who prefers to run outside instead of on the dreadmill - I mean, treadmill - having the sun in my eyes has become a regular part of running for me. I've worn hats and tried various kinds of sunglasses, only to deal with the hat slipping down over my face or getting pressure points behind my ears from cheap sunglasses.
However, protecting my eyes from harmful UVA/UVB rays is very important to me. Just as we all wear sunscreen to protect our skin, we also need to protect our eyes. Even in winter, those rays can reflect off the snow and cause damage.

I love that these glasses are actually comfortable to wear! The nose and ear pieces are a lightweight rubber (and interchangeable!) so I don't experience pressure points behind my ears like with cheap plastic frames. There is
no bouncing while I'm running and with the nose piece also being rubber, this pair does not slide down my face or need constant readjustment.
Being able to change up the look of the glasses is also an awesome feature. Mine came with red and blue interchangeable ear and nose pieces - might have to mix and match for a 4th of July race this summer!
