For the December box, subscribers were offered a special "Winter Essentials" box or a sample choice between two different pairs of eyeshadows from Coastal Scents. I chose the Winter Essentials box since I spotted at least 3 things I would definitely use. 

I've noticed that when I pick sample choice, I always end up with a perfume sample (which I hate! I wish they would let subscribers opt out of perfume samples completely).
