Friday Love List
It's the day before...TRAVEL DAY!
I've spent the last few days packing up mine and B's suitcases and I can't believe how much I pared down what I was taking to Phoenix this year. Usually, my suitcase is bursting at the seams with stuff. But after I packed it once, I went through and took out half of the clothing I had in it.
Toiletries are another story. I'm taking a shit-ton of samples with me to use up, so I have all that plus my ridiculous amount of sunscreens. However, a lot of that won't be coming back with me since I will be tossing things along the way once they're used up.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I will be posting a couple times from Phoenix and of course, you can find me on Twitter and Instagram!
Some stuff for you to read while I'm traveling this weekend!

I have amassed a ridiculous amount of different kinds of masks (thanks, Birchbox and Sephora) and I started using this one this past week. It feels super refreshing and doesn't make my skin feel overly tight or dry. It's a gel mask and goes on clear, you let it sit for 10 or so minutes, then rinse it off. So far so good!
I had to work on St. Patrick's Day, so when I got home and settled down on the couch with my beer, Riley came and plopped his big ol' dog butt right in my face. Not as loud or rowdy as going to the bar, but completely perfect in my opinion.
I had this beautiful coral-orange polish from a Sephora gift set I received for Xmas from Deborah Lippman called "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and thought it would be the perfect pedicure color for vacation. I did three coats of polish, as it does go on a little sheer, but the end result is a bright, punchy coral that is perfect for warmer weather!
I also did my own manicure and decided that OPI's Bubble Bath was the perfect option for neutral, light-colored polish.
My hair was looking a little bit like a disaster, so I went yesterday for a color and a trim. I always wake up the day of my hair appointment going "I'm gonna take 4 inches off!" and by the time I get there it's "Just a trim, please!" But I'm glad that the sun is finally shining in Wisconsin so I can bust out my pink sparkle TOMS and leggings (these are the Oiselle Flow Tights from their recent factory sale and are a little thicker than compression tights).
I just about have my suitcase packed, although I think there may be a few things that will get moved to B's much larger suitcase so that mine isn't over the weight limit. I did bust out my Maaji for Tone It Up
duffel bag (it matches my
bikini!) and put my carry-on items in there, plus I'm of course bringing my Neverfull because she goes everywhere I go.
So now I'm just chilling, waiting to check us in online before I finish the last of the cleaning before we leave tomorrow! I hate coming home to a dirty house, so I try to make sure we're leaving it in a mostly clean state.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I will be posting a couple times from Phoenix and of course, you can find me on Twitter and Instagram!
