Day 1: 100 Days of Miles
Yesterday marked my first run of 2015. I got to the gym a little early for my personal training session and decided to warm up with a quick mile. This was my first time using any of the equipment at the new gym I joined (adios, YMCA, I will not miss you!) and as much as I HATE HATE HATE running on treadmills, my experience on Thanksgiving Day at the Drumstick Dash proved that I'm just not meant to run outside in cold weather!
