*Birchbox Find!*
Burt's Bees Dry Skin Lotion
The first thing I thought when I opened my box was "Um, I don't want any more perfume, and now I've had two perfumes in a row in my boxes." Birchbox, stop sending me perfume samples! I have more from the 2 years I've been getting Birchbox than I could ever use up! And let me tell you, this Harvey Prince one STINKS. Like, it smells gross. To me at least. So into the box of perfume samples it goes.
I've gotten the Fekkai Glossing Cream in one of my Birchboxes previously and I LOVE the way it smells. The shampoo and conditioner smell the same as the glossing cream and Fekkai products are super expensive, so getting these in my Birchbox is always welcome. And the sizes are pretty generous; I'd rather get bottles of shampoo and conditioner than those little packets.
How cute are those little eyeshadow samples?! Not that I'm the biggest makeup wearer in the world, but I love that the colors are neutral and when I swatched them on my hand, they seem to have great pigmentation. Perfect for traveling!
And last but not least, the Burt's Bees lotion, which is a "Birchbox Find". The Brchbox Finds is a newer thing that they're doing where they include a mass market find in everyone's boxes. Usually there's a really good coupon for it if you really like it and want to buy it from Target or wherever. The lotion comes in a little glass pot and smells so fresh, as Burt's Bees products tend to do. It promptly got a home on the side of my desk so I can use it while I'm on my computer.
Birchbox is a monthly subscription service that puts 4-5 deluxe beauty samples (plus extras!) in your mailbox for just $10 per month! Not only will you get exposed to new and exciting products by brands that may be new to you, but if you love the products you can buy them through Birchbox's website and earn points towards future purchases. You can also leave feedback on products in your box and get 10 points for each piece of feedback. 100 points gets you $10 to spend in the Birchbox shop!
