Friday Love List & #backthatazzup

Happy Friday! I hope all of you had a lovely week! I had all sorts of posts planned for this past week, but since it's summer I've been picking up lots of hours at work (yay moniez!) and I switched with one of my coworkers so she could go to a doctor appointment, so I ended up being at work this week more than I anticipated.

My weekend is (hopefully) consisting of cleaning, packing for the lakehouse (we are 13 days away!), and having a wonderful poolside grill-out with B's coworker and his wife on Sunday (as long as Wisconsin weather cooperates). It's been raining 1-2 times a day every day this week, so I'm gonna need to have a little heart-to-heart with Mother Nature about bringing the sun on Sunday. Maybe I should bribe her with a beer. Or maybe she's more of a gin and tonic drinker?

Anyways, onto a few things I loved this week.

Last Saturday was the six year anniversary of my great uncle Paul's passing. He was an incredibly amazing person and I was closer to him than any of my biological grandparents. I still think about him every day and I hope he would be proud of what I'm doing with my life.

Our gift shop at work got all new NEON COLORED t-shirts that we can wear to work. So I was rockin' the neon yellow with a neon pink tank top underneath at work this past week. I had one child tell me that I was blinding them with my bright shirt.

I'm not sure how many of you spend any sort of time in ULTA, but I was there this past week and OMG YOU GUYS they have MINI ORLY nail polishes! Put anything in a mini size and I will buy it. So I couldn't resist and picked up Beach Cruiser (left) and Rage (right).

I finally made a trip to The Body Shop this past week and was SO HAPPY that they had the Moroccan  Rose Body Butter. This stuff smells like you are lying underneath a rosebush and inhaling the petals.

Also this past week I made my first trip to LUSH and I am hooked. (I'll be doing a separate post of everything I got once I use everything so I can tell you whether I liked it or not.) Last night I used one of the bath bombs and it turned my bath pink (and also smelled like roses).

I am not the biggest country fan, but let's just say if Luke Bryan wanted to give me a private concert...with his shirt off...I wouldn't slam the door in his face ;)
