Life, Simplified

A few months ago, I read about Emily Ley's  Simplified Planner system on  The Small Things blog. I checked out the website myself and fell in love with Emily Ley's products. I am a completely super-organized type A person and the Simplified System spoke to me. I ordered the Simplified Planner starter kit (currently sold out pending new binder colors for 2013!) and couldn't wait to set it up to use!

I ordered the Warm Pink binder and couldn't be happier with the vibrant color.

The starter kit came with the monthly calendar pages, a set of dividers, a set of pocket pages, and a set of journal pages to get my binder started.

One of my favorite features is the cold corner protectors so that it doesn't get torn up when getting carried around in my bag.

I have also ordered other Simplified sheet sets, note pads and this wonderful "Grace Not Perfection" print.

Of course I accessorized my planner with assorted Post-Its, colorful pens (I color-coded my school and work schedules to keep everything straight), and binder clips. Because I have an addiction to office supplies. Yep, I said it.

My main reason for purchasing this planner was because I felt immediately overwhelmed after going to my nursing school orientation. There is just so much involved that I don't want anything to get overlooked or forgotten about. This system completely satisfies my need for organization and control over my schedule.

Like I previously mentioned, Emily Ley is coming out with new binder colors for Summer 2013, but until then, she has loads of cute notepads, stationary, iPhone cases (that can be personalized with your monogram!), and so much more. Support small business!
