This weekend I...

-got my final grades for this semester: straight A's baby!

-hosted my family for dinner yesterday to celebrate my dad's birthday

-successfully made baby back ribs in the oven! (I used this recipe...one bit of advice though, go easy on the liquid smoke!)

-wrapped Christmas presents for most of the family

-filled in my Simplified Planner for the first two months of nursing school (review of the Simplified Planner coming this week!)

-taught my husband how to make our bed (he called the pillow cases "skinny sacks"...oy)

-started reading J.K. Rowling's " The Casual Vacancy"

-ordered yet another bracelet from Baublebar (this one I have been waiting to be back in stock FOREVER!)

-got three of my textbooks ordered

-took a few really awesome naps

-enjoyed some of my favorite wine, Hey Mambo (a sultry red)
