DIY: Shadow Box
Today, I took on making this project: a shadow box used to save and display tickets to various events.
You will need:a shadow box, paper to use as a background, scissors, glue (I used super glue), and decorations, if you want them.
Remove the back of the shadow box so you can make the background. I used scrapbook paper that said "Milwaukee" on it and cut it to size, then glued it down to the back of the shadow box.
Use a saw (or have someone who knows how to use a saw) and make a slot on the top of the box.
Glue any extra decorations down to the paper that is glued to the back of the box.
I used a Brewers jersey and a die cut of some pointe shoes since I have a lot of tickets from Brewers games and tickets from ballet performances I've gone to.
I also found some scrapbook paper that had tickets and "admit one" printed on it. I cut those out and glued those to the bottom of the background.
Put the background back on the shadow box and fill with your tickets! It makes a great keepsake and makes displaying your tickets more interesting!
