I Do Yoga Because...

I have been doing yoga religiously several times a week since January. At first, I did it because I felt like it challenged my muscles in a way that my cardio class and running doesn't. But now, the times I practice yoga are my favorite parts of the week. Those are the times when I can really focus on just myself and my thoughts. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to try yoga at least once; you will be sucked into how amazing it feels!
