almost christmas!

Christmas is coming up fast! I have only one more present to pick up, then a few things for my Secret Santa at work. I have to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year, so I'll be missing most of the family festivities. But one of my wonderful coworkers switched with me and is working on the 26th for me so I can go to my mom's family's Christmas party.

I can honestly say that I don't look forward to Christmas at all. I find everything about it super stressful. Finding presents for everyone, making sure that anything that gets ordered is here on time, making snacks for parties, mailing out cards...it just becomes a never-ending to-do list. And especially working in health care, we don't get holidays off. Someone has to be there to take care of the kiddos. :)

Bryan , Kale, and I are gonna be off to Fort Lauderdale at the end of February, so that's something to look forward to. I cannot wait for 4 days of beaches, sun, and fun with two of my favorite boys. Kale was even talking about going to Miami for a day. I've never been anywhere in Florida except Orlando, so it will be a whole new experience for me.
